Bay Dreaming is located in Montross, Virginia, off the Nomini Bay in Virginia’s Northern Neck. Montross sits between the Potomac River and the Rappahannock River, about 2 hours from Washington, DC, 1.5 hours from Richmond, and 30 minutes from Colonial Beach.
Is there a dock for fishing and boat tie-up?

Yes. Bay Dreaming is waterfront and has a private dock where guests can fish and tie up a boat. Contact us before your stay to confirm whether the dock will suit your boat.
Bay Dreaming is a new waterfront home designed to feel calm, comfortable, and easy to settle into. It includes open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor areas for relaxing, and a layout that works well for spending time together.

We provide 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, fishing poles, a tackle box, and life vests for guests to use during their stay.
