A Waterfront Escape Designed to Feel Like Yours

Bay Dreaming was created as a place to slow down.

Tucked along the water off Nomini Bay in Montross, Virginia, this home is designed for the kind of time away that actually feels like a break. It is comfortable, relaxed, and easy to settle into from the moment you arrive.

Why We Created Bay Dreaming

From the start, the goal was to design a home that feels calm, comfortable, and effortless to enjoy. Not overly formal, but thoughtful in all the ways that matter when you are away.

We focused on the details that shape the experience. Open, inviting spaces. A kitchen you can truly use. Outdoor areas that draw you outside. And a layout that makes it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded.

It is a new space, built with a clear intention. To feel like a place you can arrive, settle in quickly, and fully enjoy.

Thoughtfully Designed, Inside and Out

Every element of the home was chosen with intention:

• Clean, relaxed interiors that feel calm and uncluttered

• Comfortable furnishings you will actually want to use

• A fully equipped kitchen for real meals

• Outdoor spaces designed for long evenings and easy mornings

• Details that make traveling with family or friends simpler

The Setting Makes It
